Resolves #70

Add explicit wrappers for SequentialValue and UniqueIdentifier to replace IdGenerator and Entity\Id
Remove Schema::$idOptions, IdGenerator, IdOptions, Entity\Id
Schema now treats the 'id' field as any regular field
