Currently the Predicate and Update both take up space in the root namespace of the library. While there is no plan to introduce a Query type, it is very likely that more types are introduced in the future that are common for all queries.

To prevent future query-related types also being dumped into the root namespace, or having only Predicate/Update live outside a future Query namespace, they should be moved into a Query namespace now.
